I am the founder and owner of Argueta Law Group PLLC, where I dedicate my practice to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. My path into this field began in 2016 when I interned at a high-volume immigration law firm and witnessed the life-changing impact of strong legal advocacy.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master’s in Political Psychology from Stony Brook University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law. I am licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
As an immigrant who came to the United States at the age of six, I know firsthand the struggles and hopes families face when going through the legal system. That experience fuels my commitment to provide not only skilled representation but also compassion and understanding to each client.

Outside of my practice, I am actively involved in the community, often leading Know Your Rights workshops at local churches and volunteering to empower and support immigrant families. My mission is simple: to stand with immigrants, defend their rights, and help them build secure and stable futures in the United States.

My name is Christina Flores, and I aspire to become an attorney specializing in immigration and civil rights, with the goal of helping as many people as possible.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Stony Brook University, where I am committed to developing the knowledge and skills necessary for my future career.

As the daughter of immigrant parents who came to this country in search of greater opportunities, I have witnessed firsthand the sacrifices and perseverance required to pursue the American dream.

Their resilience and achievements continue to inspire me. Motivated by their journey, I am dedicated to becoming an immigration lawyer who advocates for individuals seeking a better life, just as my parents once did.
